Whipped Honey Butter Recipe
Light, creamy, and subtly sweet, this whipped honey butter comes together in just a few minutes. Spread it on warm biscuits, sourdough toast, muffins, pancakes, waffles, roasted sweet potatoes, or fresh cornbread.
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup Bea Raw Honey
½ teaspoon flaky sea salt (or ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Place the softened butter in a mixing bowl.
Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add the honey, salt, and vanilla (if using).
Continue whipping for another 1–2 minutes until smooth, airy, and fully combined.
Taste and adjust with a little more honey or salt if desired.
Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container.
Storage
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best texture.
